I feel so disappointed as I loved the Victorian checkerboard pattern of this towel and it’s crisp monochrome on arrival but it’s run after the first wash and now it’s more pale grey and white. Nevertheless it’s very soft and feels more like a beach towel but I wish they’d tested it’s colour fastness. One consolation is it also matches my Dunelm Dodo flannel that has also run 🥴

Loved the look of the towels to go in my revamped monochrome bathroom, spent more on towels that I would normally but I am so disappointed.
They look good but they are still shedding black fluff 4 weeks after purchase and 5+ washes and one tumble dry in an attempt to rid them of flick.
They leave black flick on wet bodies and everywhere else in the white shower room.
Plus I don’t think they dry very well after a shower.
If I could take them back I would!
